Suffering with irregular painful menstrual periods

Hi, I have problem with menstrual irregularities from the beginning at the age of 13 till now. I am suffering- sometimes it skips 1 month and sometimes 15 to 20 days, and it start with heavy pain. Please anyone can help me with this.
