Hi KS,
I suggest try H2O2 3% food grade. You can further dilute it with 50% water and clean the ulcer with this solution, should help you in healing.

HI U KS, , , , , , , for one thing you need to increase your blood circulation and L Arginine and cayenne pepper will help there. Next, you have to get oxygen to the wound.
I have seen Hydrogen Peroxide IV's work . It usually takes several treatments. If you have access to a medical Ozone generator then bag your foot. As a last resort , coat your toe with Ozonated Olive Oil.
Wish you well, ======ORH========

Hi KS, I used the infusion of Achillea Millefolium 2 cups a day orally to heal my father's foot diabetic ulcers (he is 80 years), and it gave a magic completely healing to it within one week. After healing he has to drink one cup of it daily for prevention, if he stops it 15 days Sequentially the ulcer come back to his feet.
Achillea Millefolium expands the capillaries in the feet and nourishes them.
