Sudden pain in pelvic area

Posted By Momo (Il) on 06/06/2015

I am 57, postmenopausal, not taking hormones or anything. Today a bizarre thing happened. Inside my vj, it hurts. Almost feels like it's stuck together in there, hurts to walk or move, pretty much hurts all the time. I stuck some coconut oil up there, no help. Just took some magnesium in case it's spasming. I don't have an std (single, no sex). Wow, I need relief. Could it be constipation pressure?

Could be pelvic prolapse of any of three organs, bladder, rectum or uterus or any combination of them at once. Very painful and hard to walk. Vit D and K 2 help with hormone balance and magnesium lowers vitamin D.

MSM and gelatin help with collagen structures in the body. If you think it's constipation use some Kefir found in the yogurt isle at the store. Start slow and low dose. 1 TBSP

Progesterone creams help balance out estrogen dominance in our body, rub on skin 1/4 tsp. first day and work your dose up slow.

Drink plenty of water and some sea salt for hydration and one glass of orange juice or a banana or potato for potassium.
