Sudden Pain in Both Hip Joints

Posted By Carlton (London, Uk) on 05/28/2018

Hello, for the last 2 days I have had a problem with both my hips. They are painful. The best way I can describe the pain is somewhere between a bad bruise and a burning sensation.

I have checked my legs and hips and there is definity no actual bruise anywhere. The pain also moves at times to the front part of the top of my thighs, in line with the hip joints. Walking is becoming pretty painful.

Does anyone know what this might be? Thanks.

Sounds like a nerve thing to me. You could do a search for Peter Overscue and hip pain, his videos really helped my knee pain.

Hi:

For Pain in Hip Joints, I boiled one cup of red beans in on water and drink 2 cups a day (one cup of beans makes 4 -5 cups broth) in one week it cured the pain.
