Hmmm... My guess would be reaction to a pesticide. It doesn't sound like this would be the case if you are in Reno, Nevada but as you may know, they are starting to spray chemicals to kill mosquitoes for Zika in certain parts of the US, so don't rule that out either. Try a charcoal poultice topically on a section of your arm to see if it helps and if so, apply it other sections. You might also want to drink two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in water to detoxify the liver.Replied by Nell (Reno) on 08/31/2016
I'm out very rural, no pesticides on my grass for the 30 years I've lived here and no spraying for zika--I don't think the gov't knows we exist out here, really. The brown rash has softened and lightened up, so it must have been a temporary thing. Thanks for your response.
