Store Bought or Diluted Food Grade for BV?

Posted By Convinced (Texas) on 01/04/2017

I've also been using 3% H202 for treatment of BV and Yeast. Has worked great for me. However, I do have a question....I have been reading that because store bought H202 has stabilizers and metals in it, that it can be harmful to use internally. A lot of what I read is to use 35% food grade H202 and then dilute it to 3%. Numerous websites and forums say to ONLY use food grade H202 for internal use.

Can anyone confirm that they are using store bought versus food grade and what the outcome was?? Thanks
