All the info on here for POD has been really helpful for the most part. I quit cold turkey on the steroid cream and wow I look like someone beat me up. My eyes are swollen and of course the rash is on my eyelids and cracks of my eyes including my chin and nose. It has been 4 days since I stopped using the cream and have used the vinegar, coconut oil and cut out all the fluoride etc. the rash is much better but the swelling is what I am concerned with. Any one know what to do for that?
