Medication Treated H. Pylori, But Stomach Pain and Discomfort Still Present

I regularly experience indigestion, slow bowel movement and irregular stooling. I also feel dull pain in the right stomach region only when I lay on bed. The situation is severe as occult blood test shows positive suggesting bleeding. Several tests have been carried out: stool, blood, urine etc. The results always show positive H. Pylori bacteria. However, in the recent time after taking medications like Omeprazole and anti biotics, the h. Pylori is now negative but the pain in the right side of the stomach is still there.

Doctor is also suggesting endoscopy test but I'm not comfortable with this. I'm scared. What can I do? Any advise/help on natural herbs?
