"Pain at the left lower part of my belly, just below the rib" is kidney pain. You need to take care of this soon or you will have some very big problems later.
Raw fruit in particular will help heal the kidneys but you should really reduce the amount of protein you eat and increase all raw fruit to 60% of your daily food. Add (mostly raw) vegetables also.
