hi guys, im sydney an engineer in zambia. I have a problem with keloids some which are like 10 years old on my face and on the arm over 25 years as a result of an injection. I am delighted that we have this useful forum to talk about this common problem to the team. Now that I have read about ACV, I will definitely take a go at it and will give you feedback. Hi guys, I have started ACV therapy and Im using 5 mls in the morning and another 5 in the afternoon on my keloids. so far no pain.
