SOMEONE please help!!!!!! I have Cronic IBS. It's just getting worse and I can't afford a colonoscopy right now and I do not have health insurance. I'm a 28 yr old female. I have tried everything, even meds from a doctor. Miralax, golytly, enemas, laxetives, ametiza, fiber, probiotics, you name it I have tried it. My IBS is so severe, I only have about 3 -4 bowel movements per month. Laxetives just make me cramp, not go to the bathroom. I would give anything to just be able to go. I'm in so much pain and I get so sick. Please can anyone guide me in the right direction so I don't have to live miserably everyday until I can afford a colonoscopy. Thank you for any help. I am willing to try it all.

HI U ASHLEY, , , , , , ,
Why do you think a colonoscopy will solve anything? My wife had your same problem and what the colonoscopy showed the doctor is that she had a very irregular colon, but he did not have the solution. She did a colon cleanse which broke all the plaque loose and plugged her even worse. She then had to go to a hydrotherpist and have several colonics before she was relieved. It appears that with the weight of the bowel plaque had distorted her bowels once the plaque was gone, her colon moved back into it's normal position and now her constipation problem is gone. Also, her she no longer has migraines.

We read numerous books on colon cleansing and learned how plaque build up can distort the shape of your colon, hindering normal digestion. It sounds like this could be your problem .

Get yourself some chia seed. Put a tablespoon ground up in your morning jc. or cereal. you can buy a little electric grinder for this. I use a krups. works wonders for your problem.
hope this helps.

maybe try a salt water flush. I do one about every 2-3 months.

1 tablespoon of SEA salt 32 oz of water, warmed to tea temperature drink first thing in the morning. I usually take 30-45 minutes to down the whole thing, it's not pleasant but not terrible either. hopefully you'll be ready to blow in an hour or two. you can do this a few days in a row. good luck

For help moving things along, you can take Trace Minerals... Either in tablet form or add drops to water. It's amazing how well it works.
