Soft nails that easily split

Hi, I wanted to look up some remedy for calcium deficiency at the ailment section. But didn't find it. Can you please include this? I have very soft nails that easy split and I need to keep them very short. I want to find a remedy for that. Can you help me?

MSM is supposed to help nails.

I found that using blackstrap molasses, I quit biting my nails and they also got smoother and stronger. I use about 1T in about 12 oz hot tea (any kind, as its the BSM you want). I'll drink this sometimes a couple times a day. It takes about a week to notice the difference in my nails.
