Hi Ted , so pleased to find so much positve feedback on these simple remedies to cure so many ailments, could you pleas help by confirming which treatments I need to take to cure mild gastitis and ibs. I had treatment for helicobacter infection earlier this year and now have gastritis after trying many natural treatments with varying degrees of sucess. I have had a pain free day with the bicarb remedy, what bliss. I have taken a quarter teaspoon in a glads of water three times today but after reading the other post regarding gastitis, do I also need to be taking Apple Cider Vinegar and or other remedies too? or can I continue on this regime, I do watch hat ai ear in order not to make the condition worse, but I need extra guidance. many thanks in anticipation of you help, bagpuss. Hi Bagpuss, Just a suggestion, but I use activated charcoal capsules for farting, and it works beautifully. It has a magnetic charge that draws toxins to it, also. Funny, but true! --T.
