Skin Pigmentation, Hair Loss and Severe Joint Pain from Lupus and Meds

hi I have lupus and I have all the pigmatation in my skin is being affected and I won't wear short sleeves. I'm embarrassed now its starting to get dry and ichy

I take so many pills. I'm loosing my hair and my joint pain is huge. Please is there any one out there with any help and suggestions. I'm depressed and at my wits end.Debbie

I was losing a ton of hair on my lupus meds as well, to the paint my hair was visibly thinning. I use a multi collagen protein everyday and it stopped falling out. I make sure to take 20mg a day everyday. I use the multi collagen from Dr axe and I swear it's delicious and very easy to drink. I hope this helps you as well
