From a long flight I had very swollen legs and also developed varicose vains around my heel and foot on the left leg. I was got some tablets which I am taking right now called Diosmin 95 one a day{ , it seem to lightning the veins already after on week since I take them. But I am also concerned about side effects. Can you guys enlightenig me I appreciate it very much . I am also using Arnica gel which is very helpful as well.
