Dear Mimi,

I can tell you my experience with Apple Cider Vinegar in pregnancy. I took it daily during my last pregnancy. It was the only pregnancy in which I did not have to take over the counter and/or prescription heartburn medication. Not even once.

In the pregnancy before the last, I had so much trouble with my gall bladder that I almost had to have emergency surgery to have it removed. Last pregnancy, in which I took ACV daily, I didn't have gall bladder trouble.

I put a splash of it into each glass of water I drank. (Maybe a teaspoon per tall glass, and I drank a lot of water each day.)

You know how some ladies crave pickles when they are pregnant? I think it may be the vinegar in the pickles that they are needing.

I can't say it would be good for everyone, but it was great for me.
