Need Help for Sharp Abdominal Pain - Doctors Don't Know What's Causing It

I have been having abdominal pain in the left, right and center points, doctors could not diagonse what is wrong with me. When I go and release my bowels/stool I feel sharp pain in my left abdomen.

Any advice on how to cure my problem. I can't sleep at night because of the pain.

Abdul, you might start with chewing your food very well, as in 30/40 chews each bite. Some people have been cured from serious illnesses just by doing that.
