Severe Pain and Bloating During Period From Endometriosis

I am 29 years old. I am suffering through endometriosis when I was 17. during my period I feel a severe pain which seems like gastric pain also I feel severe bloating and vomiting. rather that I feel pain in my left lower pelvic area and left lower back. Usually I do suffer from tummy trouble. Can you suggest some remedies for my problem?

Have you tried doing castor oil packs over the lower abdomen and ovary area? Can be very helpful with pain and even helpful with the endometriosis. Not to be done during your cycle but anytime before or after. Lots of good reports on this.
