Re your fall and resulting hip pain.
I had a severe low back/hip problem while overseas in Eastern Europe a month ago. It was so painful I was afraid the trip would be ruined and that the flight home to the States might be intolerable. I did not have access to a Chiropractor or Physical Therapist.
So I tried a LONG shot. I did have a bottle of Apple Cider Vinegar. And listen to this...
I applied two tablespoons to my sore place in my low back and let dry. Then re applied ten minutes later. Thinking that the attempt would be useless I went to bed anticipating another night of tossing and turning and would awake the next morning with a worse problem.
I've dealt with back problems since I was a teen. And this time the pain and misalignment was huge.
But upon awaking...the morning after ACV application...I was amazed to find my back was NO longer hurting. And the pain did not return and on top of that...8 days later when I flew from Budapest to Germany and then took a 9 HOUR flight crammed into my seat between people like a sardine...STILL, my back did not hurt. All that I can attribute this near miracle to was our beloved ACV.

You recall my knee problem and crushing my T 12 last February, but I have not told that Ozone shots also has cured my hip problem. I have gone to chiropractors for many years with this problem. While treating my T 12, I asked the doctor to see if it would work on my hip. It did.
Dr Shallenburger is the Ozone Guru in America, and he has a new breakthrough using Ozone to revive your cells. See his latest u tube.

Re your fall and back.
Probably the pelvis is out but possibly the vertebra in dorsal could have a rupture, meaning the fluid from inside the vertebra could be not just bulging but actually coming out. That is not bulging.
An MRI may be called for.
However if me, I'd first try (and I know you've tried chiropractors)....I'd give myself Epsom Salts baths every day for a week. Look up Epsom salts baths in EC under Remedies to see how. Simple. That was an old old Remedy that our forefathers used ALL the time.
Next, I'd apply a poultice of Apple Cider Vinegar to the hurting area. Let soak in for 20 minutes and an hour later re apply. I used that technique on a really bad back issue when I was out of country and my chiropractor not available and could not believe that the pain went away overnight.
But if the above does not work, I also use a technique where I lie on my stomach and then let a person stand on my pelvis with one food, using chairs to apply only as much pressure as you can tolerate. It is very comfortable to me. Then with his other foot, he will step up back vertebra by vertebra while the foot that is on the pelvis (around the beltline) also walks in place...so with the left foot, he will walk up your back, and with the foot on the pelvis, he will walk in place. Finally, he will just stand on the pelvis with as much weight as you can tolerate. I can usually tolerate the weight of about 120 to 150 pounds. THEN as he holds down on the pelvis, YOU push gently up...like a push up. Then come back to floor .... then up again. And hold. Sometimes that will let the pelvis "slip" back into position.
It could be that the chiropractor is getting some movement but not getting that pelvis back in place in relation to the lowest vertebra.
