I don't have that but gut problems I've battled my entire life.
B vitamins would be a good start, either nutritional yeast or rice bran supplemental B. A probiotic from kefir 1 TBSP to start, can cause bloating at first. The gut makes B vitamins but if it's broke even supplements can be useless. May need injections. C is good.Add epsom salt foot soak to get some magnesium in those organs.
The liver requires healthy fats to produce bile. Need vitamin E for liver function . Sunlight or vitamin D with some kale or vitamin K .
ginger lemon tea for the nausea
Well it's start just take a stab .

I had fat malabsorption but just a couple days ago I found something that has seemed to fix it for me, Dandelion Root (in capsule form). I take 1000mg 30 minutes before a meal. He seems to be in very bad shape though so maybe start slow with 500 mg first.
I had also read that pure celery juice in the morning increases stomach acid and it definitely worked after having it for about a week. I can eat all sorts of foods now that made me feel terrible before!
