What can resolve retrograde ejaculation? I am 68 in good health, but with a swollen prostate. I take finasteride 5mg for BHP. After a year now, I have begun to have "retrograde ejaculation." I had to google that to learn what it is, but essentially the bladder muscle does not close during an orgasim and the ejaculate goes backwards into the bladder, leaving one with very little or no ejaculation, watered-down substance. I have been told Uro-lift procedure will lift away the prostate that presses on the uretha and allow a better urine flow, but I don't think it will help with retrograde ejaculation. Does anyone know of a safe-ish procedure for this issue, or a remedy?
