I am concerned about the severe bleeding and weak feeling. Have you consulted a doctor recently about this bleeding and weakness?
Severe, unstoppable bleeding may require life saving blood transfusions. (Which I have had myself and am so grateful for those who donate blood! )
If you are not able to get in touch with your doctor, at least an urgent care clinic could take your blood pressure and know if you are nearing shock from blood loss.
Having been there, though, I think I would just go right to the ER.
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper in a glass of juice on the way to get help may slow the bleeding down.
Let me know how you are doing.

Cayenne pepper is good to stop bleeding. I am posting a portion of an article that provides the dose you should take:
If a hemorrhage occurs in the lungs, stomach, uterus or nose, it is suggested that a teaspoon of extract (or a teaspoon of cayenne powder in a cup of hot water) be given every 15 minutes until the crisis has passed. The bleeding should stop in 10-30 seconds. The reason for this is that rather than the blood pressure being centralized, it is equalized by the Cayenne, and the clotting action of the blood becomes more rapid. For external bleeding, take cayenne internally and pour cayenne directly on the wound.

I am very sorry you are going through this. I agree with Mama, this sounds very serious. I urge you to seek medical attention as soon as possible. Please let us know how you are doing.
