I had a laparoscopy to have a dermoid cyst removed on 12th Jan this year. When I went back for my check up 4 weeks ago the doctor told me I have another 7cm hemorrhagic cyst on my right ovary now. They are going to do another Ultrasound this coming Friday and she said that most cysts like this go on their own. If it doesn't go away I have to have another laparoscopy and lose my ovary this time.
Firstly, does anyone have any experience of a cyst this size that has gone on its own.
Secondly, I am doing a castor oil pack 4-5 times per week and drinking 2 tbsp of ACV with honey twice per day. I tried BSM but I just couldnt its too disgusting.
Is there anything else I can do bearing in mind I am quite sensitive to strange tastes?

A friend of mine had ovarian cysts and I mentioned to her that iodoral dissolves these. She took it for a couple of months, went back to the doctor and he said they were gone.
