I see a lot of great suggestions for those with mild instances of Sjogrens, however I have a more agressive form in which it has attacked my blood and kidneys. Due to the damage Sjogrens has created I am very anemic and have already had one transfusion. In addition to my blood my kidneys are so damaged I am in stage IV renal failure. I have tried every medication on the market and nothing has slowed the auto immune disorder down or corrected the damage. Is there a diet that is recommended but with a high potassium content? Any suggestions or recommended readings would be extremely helpful!
