Hi, when l was 14 years I lost some of my hair so a lady told me to put garlic on my hair, then my hair will grow up. Is it right?

Racha: Sulfur is the main ingredient in Garlic and Sulfur is good for nails & hair but do take the Garlic orally and don't apply it to your hair because you will smell bad. For applying to the hair, Coconut Oil is recommended here on E.C. Also take a Multivitamin/mineral supplement as your hair needs those nutrients especially the B Vitamin Biotin. Extra Biotin is very good for hair growth.

Also, you may need to have a Doctor check your Thyroid as a low thyroid will cause hair loss.
