Dear Kim, I would try hydrogen peroxide or colloidal sliver in the ears twice a day.
I would also try using a neti-pot with sea salt water once a day to keep sinuses clean. This may also help with the ear issue.
A warm rice sock may also help. Fill a tube sock 1/2 full with rice and tie it off. Warm in a microwave to a comfortable warm temperature. Hold on the ear while using the computer or watching tv or whatever daily for 1/2 an hour.
2 cups of Mullein tea may also help it to drain.
Let us know how it goes! Ear congestion can be really irritating!

Kim (Ohio, USA)----
Take turmeric powder and alum powder 1 - 20. Make a funnel and ask someone to pour into your ear. Remain on your side for some time.
This is an Ayurvedic remedy. Can be repeated.

Would this help with fluid deep in the inner ear? I have had fluid left from an infection two years ago and when I lean over, I can still hear it sloshing around! Thanks!Replied by Prioris (Fl) on 09/27/2014
Here is something very simple that can help fluid in the ears. It's a lymphatic massage. It can be done quickly.

What I use it for ... Whenever I have any build up of stuff behind my ears, it remedies it. I use to use H202 in the ear to help lessen it but not anymore. The massage gets more at the root if the problem.

Try some cayenne pepper. My ear that had been closed up for 2 weeks made a popping noise and opened up right after I ate a little. Mix it will coffee or applesauce or anything you want to make it taste better. Its miraculous!
