Help for Tissue, Muscle Repair Please

Posted By Cappuccino Girl (London, Uk) on 06/24/2018

Hi,

Can anyone make any suggestions for natural treatments for tissue and muscle repair following a crush/ compression injury? The injury is an old one, there's no bleeding. I can feel internal tissue damage, and the area feels very tight.

Thanks very much.

Hi Cappuccino Girl in London,

I have a Nutrition Almanac that reports vitamin A is necessary for tissue repair. Soft cooked carrots would be a good choice. Cauliflower and broccoli cooked until tender would help too.

You could also obtain serrapeptase. It is reported to dissolve scar tissue. I am full of adhesions from multiple surgeries and have been taking that but have no way of knowing if it is working for me although my elimination seems to be improved. Personally I cannot ingest capsules but have to open them and pour contents in a mouthful of water or mix in some unsweetened applesauce. Good luck!
