I have a lot of auto immune issues as well and what has finally given me relief is a coconut cannabis cream that was made by cooking in a slow cooker the two items for 5 hours for it to infuse and the strained results is edible and applied. All my issues improved and continue to do so.
As to the amount, it is different for everyone and I started small and added more for my perfect internal amount before bed and can be applied as much as possible with no altered mind effects.
