Seeking Help for Friend With Incomplete Bowel Movements

Posted By Kasra (Tehran) on 05/24/2017

One of my friends is suffering from incomplete bowel syndrome, she:

- can't have a complete evacuation, not always but frequently
- stool comes out in pieces sometimes, specially when she can't have a complete relief
- have a mild pain, so very often
- used to go to loo only once or twice, but recently her visits are up to 5/day

I was really wondering if anyone else is suffering from same conditions, or if someone has a clue what could it be, I'll really appreciate sharing any experiences or useful ideas.

Sphincter muscle needs magnesium, msm improves intestinal tube flexibility

IBS may be helped with Activated charcoal caps with water at bedtime ...absorbs nutrients and medicine so take accordingly

Sorry to hear about your friend. This sounds like symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) to me. Perhaps slippery elm would help.
