Need Help for Chronic Post Nasal Drip After Sinus Polyps Were Removed

Please help. I had nasal polyps removed over a year ago as a result I'm now left with severe post nasal drip which affects my every day life, I am often on steroid tablets and sprays as well as antibiotics. When severe I can't exercise (which I love) and can barely walk up my stairs it effects my breathing. Would the coconut oil remedy work for me? I'm now desperate and will try anything to get my life back. Angela.
