I've developed red bumps primarily on my arms, legs and chest. They itch badly. Prior to this happening, I had an episode of what appeared to be chicken pox. Since that time I haven't been the same. I've developed these red bumps, and have seen an increase of blood blisters. skin tags and what looks like moles. I am reluctant to see a dermatologist and wondered if anyone experienced anything like this and may have a suggestion to help cure it or is this just an old age thing.
I know the benefits of coconut oil and so I tried rubbing some on my skin and it took the itch away plus some of the redness. I am a senior, relatively unvaccinated, am healthy and take no medications for conditions. I prefer the natural route. If anyone has experienced anything like this please post.
