Witch hazel is always good and you can put a cotton ball with some on it and leave it on area to keep soaking problem Switch to soups until it heals. Add magnesium citrate to loosen stools up. Lemon water for drinking until it resolves, no sugars. After removing cotton ball, use Vaseline or vicks and vicks will hurt at first. Castor oil is always lovely and messy but hits pain in the butt. You can take a spoon of castor oil for gut health by mouth . I take one most days. There is an aloe vera comfrey cream online I buy all the time for skin. Walmart isle by tampons has a yeast fungal cream, miconazole that will help and also vagicaine is a numbing agent in a tube of cream very inexpensive and stops pain quick.

Coconut water to drink or coconut oil on fissure ...just some other things that would help it heal.

Sitz bath with salts might give you some relief from the inflammation. Witch hazel (if you can find it without alcohol) is wonderful to keep on it. Goat milk mixed with vitamin E also good.

My husband had great success with peppercorns ...he took 8 of them twice a day and applied DMSO and Lugols Iodine to the area.
