Really need help for peptic ulcer

Like most of the comments made, I've always had stomach issues. 23 years ago, I had gastritis. That was resolved through meds. Didn't suffer stomach issues again until about 10 years ago. I think consuming Starbucks lattes 2 to 3 times a day was the culprit.
About 3 years ago there was great stress with my husband losing his job and sometime after, my stomach pain moved to back pain and bloating. 2 years ago through an endoscopy, I was diagnosed with a duodenal (peptic) "erosion. " why not just say it's an ulcer! ?! ? I would have been more aggressive. So I did the Prilosec (2 x a day). That worked for awhile. But last April, I had a bad attack after I accidentally took 3 Prilosec before going to bed. I thought they were ibuprofen because I would take the Prilosec and put them in a med container. I'd be up and down, okay and not.

I've done goat's milk, took "critical care" 50 billion probiotics that Brenda Watson recommends, and recently done the pepto bismol.

Problem is when I start to feel better, I'll have a glass of wine or two. I'll drink low acid coffee, etc.

This fall, I was heading towards going gluten free eating and that seemed to help. But then Thanksgiving for some reason caused me to relapse. Not everything was gluten free. Have not been able to recover. Christmas vacation, at the suggestion of a fellow (former) ulcer sufferer, it was suggested that I take 160,000 H.U. Cayenne Pepper capsules. The idea freaked me out. So I found "CapsiCool" capsules which are cayenne pepper, ginger and glucomannan. I did that for 6 days and felt better. But relapsed again because I went back to having a glass of wine and a latte.

It's now the first week of January and I am ready to be healed. Tried juicing cabbage and had major burn. Scared me too much. I think it was too much too soon. I just started back on the CapsiCool Capsules today, after being off a week, plus added Aloe Vera gel caps (100mg). And at this writing, am feeling calmer, less panicked and stomach is settled.

I read that peptic ulcers (which are bacterial) could be caused from a B12 deficiency. Several other sites suggests that premenopausal women could also suffer peptic ulcers. And I am 50 and I believe I am in this phase. But I am so ready to get rid of this!!!!!

I am thankful that I have not bled or vomited. But I really need some advice.

Lo, to keep the acid down I have had very good results lately with a dash of sea salt in 1/2 cup water 2 or 3 daily. Also, after using 5 drops H2O2 in cup water 1 or 2 daily for a couple mo now has much improved my digestion. As for healing, there is no better remedy than the herb Comfrey, but it is mildly toxic and is rarely used nowadays. The leaves are said to be the least toxic and most therapeutic compared to the root. DGL (Deglycyrrhizerinated Licorice) is recommended for gastritis and ulcers, but is only mildly effective. To maintain the integrity of my digestive, I chew 2 DGL's AND add 1/2 spoon Allantoin (the active ingredient in Comfrey) dissolve in mouth and swallowed, any time I have a flare-up, with much success.

Hope this helps and good luck.
