Questions on some periodontal issues

I have been having some peridontal issues and would love to hear from Ted regarding a couple of questions. First is in remineralizing your teeth/guns does it help to hold the liquid in your mouth for a bit before swallowing. Second is should you remineralize then swish with milk of mag and if so how long should you wait in between?

I wish you all a happy New Year and am very grateful for this resource.

Hi Karen, I am not Ted but have been doing lots of research lately on healing/ reversing cavities, healing gums, foods/ vitamins for mouth health and herbs to use. Recently, I posted quite a bit of audio interview of various drs and people at the forefront on alternative dental health so look for other posts of mine and you'll find it. I would also highly recommend an amazing book by Ramiel Nagel called "Cure Tooth Decay" which I only recently ordered from amazon and managed to reverse one of my daughter's cavities. It is chock full of valuable information on re-mineralizing teeth and restoring gum health.

I would also recommend you google Weston Price and his invaluable information on his diet protocols because much of his work which was done in the 30's has been the stepping stone for all these amazing people to teach how teeth are alive and we can keep them healing. I follow his protocols such as bone broth and fermented cod liver oil and animal fats for healing the bones/ teeth.

Anyway, I hope this info helps you in your search for answers. Best to you, Lisa
