QUESTIONS ABOUT MOLES COMING OFF SON'S FACE

My son had some acne and 2 moles on his face. I bought some powder mineral foundation which was really light and covered my skin. So my son tried it to cover his acne, which worked, but both of the moles on his face came off. I do not know if it is dangerous for the moles to come off. It did not bleed for him, they just came off. Is that safe or OK? Do moles just come off, or is it dangerous, because of cancer. The mineral powder foundation is great. Just a little covers your face and looks totally natural.

Hi Denise: One theory says that when one has moles, tags ... it is because one is too acidic. My guess is "The mineral powder foundation" provides for minerals that alkalized the skin. So, I cannot tell if the coming off is OK. But I sure would like very much to know the product you used so I could try it myself. I hope you will reply.
