This is not something you can figure out on your own. You will need labs done to check ALL your hormones, as hormones all work together. I recommend you find yourself a Functional Medicine doctor who may have more options for you to use in order to get your hormones in balance than a regular MD might. Good luck and don't get discouraged; balancing hormones takes a lifetime as our hormones are constantly changing.
