Extremely, sorry to hear. I am not demoralizing, but Gastric Bypass is a very bad choice. Either it is done for severe acid reflux or weight loss. I am not sure how people can opt for Gastric Bypass, which is totally altering the internal physical structure and mechanism of your organs. Even, severe case of acid reflux can be managed by Ted's Alaklizing formula, or at least 1glass of water and half glass of baking soda.
Well that said, For your daughter current condition, try ted's ACV and Baking soda formula which is mentioned in the following link.
https://www.earthclinic.com/remedies/alkalizing_formulas.html
When trying it for the first time, try to sip it slowly and complete it for a duration of 10 - 15 mins. If your daughter is feeling comfortable then this is your best choice.
Precautions to be taken, should not lie or even sit for half hour after any meal, so that the gravity pulls the food downwards. Should not take heavy meals, spicy meals, oily foods.
It is because of the gastric bypass, the motility of food is not in a natural way and it is causing upward movement of partially digested food and gas causing the current reflux.
For Cdificile and colitis, take home made milk kefir in small cups throughout the day. The enzymes and probiotics in the kefir will assist in digesting the food and will handle the Cdificile and colitis
If the conditions keep worsening, you may to consult multiple doctors for reversing gastric bypass surgery, which is done for few people. Good Health

"Total food intake and absorbance rate of food will rapidly decline after gastric bypass surgery, and the number of acid-producing cells lining the stomach increases. Doctors often prescribe acid-lowering medications to counteract the high acidity levels. Many patients then experience a condition known as achlorhydria, where there is not enough acid in stomach. As a result of the low acidity levels, patients can develop an overgrowth of bacteria. A study conducted on 43 post-operative patients revealed that almost all of the patients tested positive for a hydrogen breath test, which indicated an overgrowth of bacteria in the small intestine. Bacterial overgrowth causes the gut ecology to change and induces nausea and vomiting. Recurring nausea and vomiting eventually change the absorbance rate of food, contributing to the vitamin and nutrition deficiencies common in post-operative gastric bypass patients." Wikipedia
Consider eating garlic.
To avoid nausea in the morning try to eat first a soup.
