Hello Shannon
Try giving her alfalfa or slippery elm tea. Alfalfa is very nutritious. Aloe juice would be helpful as well, but be careful not to take too much as it has laxative properties. Echinacea helps to relieve symptoms as well as enhancing the immune system.

Dear Shannon,
Is she under a doctor's care? Are they checking her white blood count? While surgery during pregnancy is serious, a ruptured appendix would be worse. Then she would have an abdomen full of infection as well as surgery to clean it out.
Please see this link

to see information about ways to treat appendicitis without surgery.
One important thing is to make sure there is no pressure on the appendix from the bowel (as in constipation.) If she is not having regular bowel movements, she needs to get her system moving. A cup of Epsom Salt in a warm bath for 20 minutes might work for that.
I would also be sticking to herbal teas and fruit until the inflammation is better.
I have seen charcoal poultices over the appendix area to work very well to reduce inflammation in two people I know personally. It usually improves the situation in an hour. If the pain continues after that and if the bowel is empty, I would probably think the situation is beyond home measures and would require surgery.
I hope she is able to get this healed without surgery and that she feels better soon. Please let us know how it goes for her.

Well an inflamed, seriously infected appendix is very dangerous. There are times when surgery is the only viable option. This is a time when you NEED to go along with the treating doctors recommendation in my opinion. Are said doctors recommending surgery or not? This is not a time for playing around with unproven so called treatments....Oscar
