Tail bone pain - Find a good pre natal yoga teacher and practice a little every day, or even a good book will be adequate. Honestly, even if you do 5 minutes everyday of something that relieves the pain you will find the benefit amazing. I have been teaching pre natal yoga for years and I know how much it helps women to get through their pregnancy with less pain, and feeling empowered to take their wellness into their own hands.
