Posted By Hema (New York) on 07/14/2012

Hi Ted, This is Hema again from NY. I had my all test done. Last week I had my endoscopy and colonyscope done too. I spent thousands of dollar for my test. I really need help. I do not have celiac disease but whenever I eat wheat products I have back pain, muscle pain and eczema. Even if I drink vegetable juice I have back pain. I have very bad constipation lately. I am taking baking soda with lemon and it is helping me. My doctor told me I have inflamation in my stomach or colon and also have lactose intolerance. Now a days I am not eating any wheat producs but being a vegetarian it is really hard for me to to not eat roti or naan. I am taking Trifala last ten years for my constipation problems but it is not helping me now. Ted please reply me. I really appreciate it, I cannot afford to spend more money for my treatment. Please help me to solve my digestion problems.

Indians, when come to north america get more health related issues. Mainly they get Lactose Intolerance and celiac. Which is very funny as wheat, rice and milk are the staple food for Indians. Wheat is the staple food of north india and rice is the staple food of south india.

I believe it is the processed food, preservatives that is causing. Just avoid anything that is processed and packed. Make your own fresh juice and Yoghurt.

Fresh carrot juice or Cabbage juice can heal inflammation. But the super food is Wheat Grass Juice. Wheat grass juice will cure many diseases, it will relieve constipation to as it is rich in magnesium.

For your constipation, take Ted's ACV and Baking soda.

For digestion, I strong recommend to take Milk Kefir. Milk Kefir has zero Lactose, should be home made kefir though. Milk Kefir can cure many diseases.

Important:

Foods to Avoid
1. processed and packed food.
2. Store Bought yoghurt, make your own curd
3. Avoid Cream, this is a burden to your intestine.

hope this helps, send your feedback

I read an old fashioned remedy for constipation and it works well for me. First thing in the morning mix 1/2 tsp. of dry mustard in 1/2 C cool water and drink on an empty stomach. Then have your breakfast.

Please be aware that our food is now being engineered to last longer so it won't spoil in the frig or go rancid and it is much harder to digest. This has been going on for awhile so I feel each generation of plant is getting worse. The animals we eat or get milk and eggs from also eat genetically modified grains and grasses (GMO's). I would lay off the vegetable juice and only drink the juice from cooked vegetables, no more than 1/2 C at a time.

I have to be careful and read again what I am allowed to post here.

For constipation take Senna capsules or there is a great tea called "dieters green tea" it tastes good. It works very natural with no stimulants. Replace your gut flora and never eat wheat products again. Stop eating sugar. Use raw honey to sweeten if you need to. good luck.

Hi Hema, First thing first, you must get your constipation under control this in turn puts you in lot of other health problems. You can get from any chemist Magnesium Sulphate / Epsom Salt, start with 1/2 tea spoon in luke warm water before going to bed and when you get up in the morning. Do it for five days, I am sure it relieve you from your constipation. Good luck, Baldev

Hi This is Hema again. Thank you all for replying me back for my problems. I am taking wheatgrass since last two day and it is helping for my constipation problems. I do have other health question. I do not have celiac disease or any kind of gluten intolerance. But whenever I eat any wheat products or I drink beet or spinach juice I have my back pain again. I am vegetarian and I do not want leave wheat for my whole life. Right now I am not eating any wheat products and I am feeling better. Something is going on with my digest system and that is the reason I am having problems with wheat and vegetable juice. I do have ovarian cyst and small fibroid on my uterus. Is this causing my digestion problems? Please suggest me something for my problems.

You should try to distinguish the source of pain.

Whether intestinal discomfort, Kidney, muscle ache, or due to uterus which you will learn from experience.

Wheat grass juice itself is a one food cure for all diseases type. It will slowly rejuvenate your intestines and uterus and all parts of body.

One theory is, Blood is carrier of all diseases. If the blood is pure then ailment is very minimal.

Wheat grass juice purifies the blood and reproduces new blood cells. Eventually, this pure blood when flowing through each organ of the body, just rejuvenates that organ and heals it. Even there is cure for cancer using wheat grass juice. This can even cure infertility for both men and women.

BTW, how did you manage to get wheat grass juice within 3 days.

If you buy wheat products in the store, chances are they have milk in it which they don't mentioned in the ingredients list. Even the basic Roti.

Since you are vegetarian, yogurt or curd is the only source of Vitamin B-complex, which assists in the digestion of food.

Then I recommend to take Vitamin B-complex supplement once a day. It assist in the proper digestion and assimilation of food.

May be after a month your pain after taking wheat products will be alright.

Probiotics are very important for digestion and immunity for humans. That is the reason every culture found their own probiotic food:

Miso - japan

Saurkraut - China, Europe

India - Curd, Cottage Cheese

Milk Kefir - East Europe

If you don't want to take curd or yoghurt, then eat saurkraut. Slowly all your digestion issues will vanish. Hope this helps.

Thanks Ed for replying me back. Last two weeks I did not eat wheat but today I tried again to eat little beat to see what happens after I eat. I all give update for that in couple of days. I bought wheat grass powder from wholefood store and its wonderful. I take one spoon empty stomach in the morning since last three days and feeling good about it.

I suggest eveybody who has constipation problems please try wheatgrass juice. I am also firm believer in urine therapy. I drink my own urine everyday first thing in the morning. Urine therapy is also excellent for overall health.
