Need Help for Pinguecula

Hello, I had a blepharite and dry eyes, since I notice à pinguecula which is growing, like the White part is very thick..inside corner stilll swollen after 2 months of différent treatment from ophtalmologist because of dryness then allergy to à product...i read some treatment with Apple cider vinegar work good, what can you advise to me please
