I have a small painful (when pressed) node on the palm of my hand. It feels like there is a splinter there, but there isn't. I had one just like that a couple of months ago on the sole of my foot which resolved itself over time. AI identified it as fibromatosis -- fibrous tissue with nerve involvement. I am worried that this may be a trend. Anyone familiar with it, and what have you tried? I am using DMSO but so far no help.
