Hope you are doing well. May God give you a happy healthy and long life with your family.
As you know I've ovarian dermoid cyst since last 8yrs (previously it has been operated two times and second time oopherectomy also has been done ).
Now I'm tired and never want to go for a surgery again â¹ï¸. I want to seek some beneficial remedies from you and also want to know about fox nuts as it contains estrogen so it would be good or bad for my infected cyst wd size 7cm approximately. (what is false unicorn?)

I have never heard of fox nuts. If your cyst is infected, I would consider antibiotic herbs like turmeric....Is your doctor concerned about the infection?
I am not familiar with false unicorn either. Have we ever talked about Red Raspberry Leaf? It is a most wonderful female herb that is useful in all stages of womanhood. It has a normalizing effect and is nutritive. It is best taken in a tea. The properties are extracted with water. Alcohol tinctures or capsules of it are not as effective.
I steep 2 tea bags in a pint of water every day. Then I sweeten with a bit of honey and add some lemon. I have grown to really like it.
You have been patiently bearing with this affliction for such a long time!
It is so rare that I see any information about dermoid cysts - and certainly I have not seen anything to indicate a cause or a cure. I wish I had! Given the lack of information, I would tend toward doing things for over all health. Eating a variety of quality foods, especially fruits and vegetables. Getting some daily exercise...and Vitamin C and D are good especially at this time of year and with a global virus to consider.

May Almighty bless you all with good health.
I am sharing my problem again on a very good platform and hoping for fruitful suggestions.
I am of 36, married 16yrs ago and have a daughter. Since last 15years, I am suffering from recurring ovarian dermoid, firstly this large lesion was removed with my baby by c-section in 2006 then after 5years (in 2012), it was removed by laproscopy from both the ovaries and I lost my left ovary due to large dermoid but after 6 months of laproscopy, it recurred third time!!!
I have tried many home remedies like black strap molasses and ACV but not worked.
I also took treatment of homeopathy but it got aggrevated.
Now I think, surgical removal is not a good option because my gynaecologist says that even after hysterectomy (which is not good according to my age) it will regrow in the abdomen cavity!!!
Now I am too tired to tolerate it.
Waiting for your kind response and magical home remedies by the grace of Almighty.

Dear Mehnaaz,You have certainly persevered through this trial for many, many years!
A couple of thoughts come to mind that didn't occur to me before.
The first is Essiac Tea. The dermoid cyst is an abnormal growth. Essiac Tea is a remedy for abnormal growths. While it is generally used for cancer, it is also useful for other growths. It is a gentle but powerful remedy.

The other thing to consider would be a special diet, specifically a sugar free, gluten free, vegan diet. This diet has been very helpful for my husband for a variety of inflammatory conditions. This would also reduce food sources of estrogens (and estrogen feeds the PCOD) This diet has helped me to reduce pain.
If these things help to reduce your pain, introducing some daily exercise into your plan would be a good idea.

I have a query for you...
Can I consume chicken sporadically and also eggs as the red meat is believed to be non- supportive in this ailment?I will follow the suggestions given by you and will definitely keep you posted about further developments. May the Almighty bestow upon you a long and healthy life. Amen.

Dear Mehnaaz,I would think that occasional lean chicken and eggs should be fine.
The diet I recommended is what my husband's doctor had recommended for him. He lost a lot of weight and had a improvement in many health conditions that were of an inflammatory nature. We have added back in some fish and chicken and eggs and he continues to do well.
