Ovarian cysts and apple cider vinegar

Posted By Georgia ( Toronto, Canada) on 04/20/2015

Hi there, I have ovarian pressure due to ovarian cyst. My preassure gets worse when lying down. Feel nausea and irregular periods. I am doing acupunture but not finding it's helping. During my acupunture sessions I feel great but the next day the pressure continues. I have been reading about Apple cider vinegar and molasses and have tried this but can't bear the taste ( although I still gulp it down forcefully). I'm not sure if I am making this the same as everyone, as I don't read anything bad about the taste. Can someone give me more details on how to make this so I can bear the taste??? I've tried everything and I'm hoping this will work so I can move on with my life. Thanks so much.

Try to take them separately. For a tasty apple cider vinegar, mix it with freshly juiced juice of apple. For a tasty blackstrap molasses, take it in a hot fennel tea or black tea. Fennel tea and Blackstrap Molasses mix very well taste-wise.

I drink 1 tsp. of apple cider vinegar in my water. After my first glass or so I actually started enjoying my water that way now and can sometimes add a little more.
