Seeking Remedies for Ocular Demodicosis

Hi there! Do you have any natural remedies you can suggest for ocular demodicosis (eyelash demodex mites)? I have read your articles for rosacea and mites infestation, and there seem to be several options for natural remedies for the skin, but none necessarily seem same for the eyelid/eyelash region (unless I am not understanding the proper approach for application?)

Anyhow, do you have any suggestions??? It would be much appreciated!!!!

Try and steep a clove of garlic in half a cup of boiling water let it get cool then steep the garlic in it and get a cotton wool disk and dip it in it and it should do the trick. I cured conjunctivitis with it in the eye so it won't do any harm.
