It could be dehydration or mineral imbalances . The spine affects the nerves that run to the different parts of the body . I ruptured L-5 so I learned a lot with that. An epson salt foot soak or bath might help.Drink 16 ounces of water while you do that. Alpha lipoic acid helps the body produce glutathione for healthy immune health. n acetyl cysteine helps Glutathione . B vitamins coat nerve cells.

These are considered common symptoms of peripheral neuropathy and do not necessarily have to be associated with diabetes, but often are. Typically, if left unchecked the symptoms will continue to worsen and spread. If your doctor confirms that you have this, there are a multitude of natural remedies here on EC at your disposal!
