neuropathy in feet NOT diabetes

6 months after gall bladder surgery I started feeling tingling in my feet. This got quickly worse and it has been 7 years. I have tried reflexology and massage plus chiropractic and nothing is happening. I also tried essential oils. Is there something else?

Have your vitamin B12 level checked. You might have a B12 deficiency. Your body needs a cofactor in order to be able to use the B12 you consume. As you age your body produces less acid and intrinsic factor that your body needs to use the B12. Neuropathy is one of the MANY symptoms of B12 deficiency. Don't be surprised if taking an oral supplement doesn't fix the problem. You may need monthly B12 shots for the rest of your life. I know all of this because I am unable to use B12 that is consumed orally. My toes feel so much better now that I am on B12 shots. Good luck.

I use ox bile because of stress programming( cortisol) from childhood but I study a lot and this is good information on how lack of a gallbladder affects your health. Good to know stuff.
