Needs suggestions for irritable bowel syndrome

Posted By Shvt (India) on 10/31/2014

Hi, I have chronic Irritable Bowel Syndrome since the last 13 years. I consume about 2-2.5 liters of filtered water, intake roughage (am a vegetarian) and since last 1 week heard about the benefits of organic virgin coconut oil. I am using it and found it helpful in sinus, bloating and gas but I have found that my stool passing has gone slower. I swish with the oil in the morning and also cook 1 meal (vegetable and dal) both in coconut oil.

Can anybody suggest what to do?

Hi Shvt. Have you tried a gluten-free diet?

Shvt,

Since you live in India, a very effective and easily available, non-toxic drug, at a low cost without a prescription, is Naltrexone, taken at a low dose of 3mg - 4.5 mg daily. I understand it can be bought over the counter in India at any pharmacy. Put one 50 mg pill in 50 ml of distilled water, so that 1 ml equals 1 mg. Take 3 mg per day. See this site for more information:

www.ldninfo.org

There is a link on this site to join a Yahoo LDN Group with over 11,000 members who take it. You can ask anyone who takes it for bowel issues about their exact response, and I think you will be convinced it may be worth a try. Best wishes.
