Need to restore fat to skin after 45 years of low fat diet

Posted By John From Thailand (Thailand) on 10/05/2013

I am a bag of bones with crepe paper skin hanging off, all due to sailing & avoiding various foods that cause rhinitis/asthma, plus 45 years of veg, fruit & a little fish. I want to find a way to restore a little fat to smooth out the crepe paper skin. Any ideas? John

John, first thing to try is coconut oil added in your diet and on your skin.

Try the Budwig diet (cottage cheese and flax seeds oil in a 2:1 ratio).

Hi, another healthy fat to add is Avocado daily. Its healthy, good fat, We used it in the Philippines for people who needed to gain some weight. It's good for skin and heart and generalized health.

You may try Biosil.. a silica Orthosilicic Acid, collagen generator.... There appears to be a lot of good reviews for hair, nail, and skin improvement... See the reviews on iHerb.. or amazon.
