Many heart problem questions for Bill from Phillipines:

Hi Bill, my good friend has many heart issues and I would please like some suggestions.

  1. She has a defibrillator in.
  2. She takes nitroglycerin
  3. She had her 4th heart attack in December 20th.
  4. She was recently diagnosed with congestive heart failure.
  5. She's 70 is 5'6' and weighs 130 pounds...

Any suggestions would help. Thank you very, very much from her and I do know about CO-Q-10 but would like your feedback as I am not that well informed...

Hi Jean...i can do no better to help your mother's conditon than quote directly from Ted's advice for recovery from heart attacks or strokes:

"The most important supplements is prevent future stroke by avoiding the oil and sweet foods found in fried foods, overcooked food and stick to boiled foods and steamed food. EDTA will prevent stroke by replacing the use of blood thinners and try to use baking soda and vinegar one tablespoon plus at least a quarter of teaspoon of baking soda. Baking soda is very important to prevent stroke by improving the circulation and removing basic constipation.

The most effective whole body alkalinity is sodium citrate at least at night time at 1/2 teapoon in cup of water. Do not use any supplement that contain calcium as they will block circulation as it is deposited in the capillaries. This is why my pH book is out its real intention is to prevent common problems such as constipation, strokes, blood clots, sleeping problems which has to do with acid blood. 90 percent of all food is scidic. But chocolates, cheese, fried foods, grilled foods, french fries, sweets, honey, sweet fruits, iodized salt and supermarket salt are the most common cause of strokes. The others are too much undigested proteins and heavy metals found on inside of water faucets and metal pipes connection. They are frosted high surfaced area inside the faucet, others are grilled foods which metals come there. The other is the way we eat food. We don't chew enough but prefer to swallow them that caused the food to get undigested and go into our blood stream clotting the blood. The way we drink water also accumulates heavy metals. We dont drink water during meals that is why. Without going into details you will find why in orher postings. Mold exposure by carpets and aie conditioners may lead to blood clots too. Try to lower portion size and more frequent meals and avoiding basic meals after 6 pm or no meals four hours before sleeping so there is sufficient enzymes versus food.

Basic simple protocol is lime or lemon juce and baking soda and or baking soda and apple cider vinegar or white vinegar and baking soda at least twice a day. If your doing too much you get diarrhea. Supplements to help recovery CoQ10 ubiquinone 400 mg, magnesium[250 mgs per day], B complex, 200 iu Natural Vitamin E, vitamin C[1000 mgs twice a day], zinc gluconate[25mgs once a day], and hydergine being the safest. Strokes is common with high blood sugar and high blood pressure.

And the best of all supplement is alkaline and N Acetyl Cysteine 500 mg twice a day.

Ted"

I would also add selenium(200 mcg twice a day), carnitine(500 mgs twice a day) and taurine(1000 mgs twice a day) to aid heart muscle recovery.

Look into fibrinolytic enzymes like nattokinase and serrapeptase. It can prevent heart attacks and strokes. Also read reviews on amazon.com.
